A high-scoring freshman soccer team will be looking for its second victory when Milton Academy plays host to the Crimson at 3 p.m. today. The Yardling offence still shoots well, but the defence is weak and needs polishing.
Milton coach Warren Koehler admitted that the Orange and Blue has no outstanding stars like last year's captain and center forward, Whitney MacQuarrie, but admits that he has more linemen who can shoot well than ever before. Captain Ky Sylvester, Philip Perry, and Chauncey Bartholet are the inside trio. The wings are relatively green.
Charles Fitsgerald, a tall center halfback, plays a fast aggressive game. He is backed by fullback John Bigelow, but so far Milton's goalies have been weak.
This will be the prop-schoolers second game. Last Saturday they beat Brooks School, 4 to 2.
