Knaus Will Go Before Middlesex Court Soon

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Albert C. Knaus, Jr. 1E, accused of stealing $700 in checks from the University, was arraigned this morning before the Middlesex Superior Court in Lechmere Square.

The date of his trial is not definite.

Knaus was tried by the East District Circuit Court February 24. The court found "probable cause" for indictment on those checks worth less than $50. It declined judgement on the rest as the district court has no jurisdiction in larceny cases over this amount.
