NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Supreme Court Associate Justice Robert H. Jackson will judge the Law School's Ames Competition finals, the Board of Student Advisers confirmed yesterday. The finals take place between Holmes and Kent Clubs at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, in the Langdell Court Room.

Judge Poter Woodbury '24 of the Boston U.S. Circuit Court will also sit on the bench. The third judge has not yet been named.

The two clubs will argue a fictitious case based on the actual Safeway Stores v. the U.S. argument which is now on its way to the Supreme Court. The issue involves just compensation of a meat wholesaler by the federal government.
