President Wilbur K. Jordan drove the team shovel which broke ground for Radcliffe's Daniel Henry Holmes Hall this morning. The new dormitory will be the center of undergraduate music activities and will be ready for occupancy the fall of 1952.

Holmes Hall will be attached to Moors Hall and will share its kitchen and heating facilities. It will house 102 students in double rooms.
