"The United States is the bearer of the world's real revolution," Francis Russell, State Department Director of Public Affairs, told the members of the National Students Association forum, held last night in New Lecture Hall.

Russell, who spoke with Sudarpo Sastrosatsamo, of the Indonesian Embassy, went on to point out that "Communism was a reaction to the United States policy of spreading the Five Freedoms over the under-developed areas of the world."
