Harvard and Yale crews will meet June 22, in the oldest intercollegiate athletic event in America, Hoyt C. Pease, chairman of the regatta committee, said yesterday.
The race will be held on the Thames River at New London, Connecticut with the varsity race getting under way at 7:10 p.m. The freshman race will start at 5:45 p.m. and the junior varsity at 6:25 p.m.
The varsity race will be over the four mile course, while the other two will be over the lower two miles of the course.
The New York, New Haven and Hartford has announced that it will again run crew observation trains from Boston and New York.
