Saily B. Owen '54 breaks out into an exuberant Charleston at the Freshman Jubilee informal dance last night in the Eliot House Dining Hall. Yardlings and their dates look on in the background.

Approximately 200 couples attended the big affair which was originally scheduled to be held in Memorial Hall. Freshmen and their girls attended a traditional candlelight supper in the Union before the dance.

Today they will watch numerous sporting events, highlighted by the Compton Cup crew race on the Charles at 4 p.m. The annual formal dance will begin at 8 p.m. tonight at the Union. Corsages will be distributed and the Krokodiloes will sing.
