Cornell added insult to injury yesterday in refusing to pay Colgate a $131.50 bill for damages done to the college during their football weekend last fall. Colgate, along with absorbing a 41-18 trouncing, found two of its buildings decorated by pranksters.
Frank C. Baldwin, Cornell dean of men, said that he had discussed the situation with the student council and decided that the school could not assume Colgate's paint removal charges.
