Sumner H. Slichter, Lamont University Professor, and John T. Dunlop, professor of Economics, will speak on "Economic Aspects of the Steel Controversy" at 8 p.m. tonight in the Kirkland Senior Common Room. The debate will be sponsored by the Republican Open Forum. Warren A. Seavey, Bussey Professor of Law, will moderate the discussion. The program will include a question and answer period, and is open to all members of the University.
