Both Captain Dick Clasby and wing back Bob Cowles will be ready to play against Princeton Saturday, Crimson football coach Lloyd Jordan said yesterday, but it is doubtful that Cowles will start.
The blond junior suffered a shoulder separation three weeks ago against Columbia, and just returned to practice this week. Clasby bruised a shoulder in the Davidson game last Saturday, and has been working out only in sweat clothes.
Jordan would not specify his replacement for quarterback Bob Hardy, out for the season with a broken elbow bone. "Jerry Marsh, Joe Conzelman and Jost Michelson are my quarterbacks," he said, simply.
The Crimson will stage a short drill--open to reporters--at 3 p.m. today in the stadium. Princeton, which arrives by plane at 2:30, will work out at 4.
