The Yardling swimming team will open a six-meet schedule when it travels to Andover for an informal meet this afternoon. Freshman coach Bill Brooks said that no score will be kept and some events will be run twice in order to give all of the Crimson's 24 men a chance to see action.
Breaststroke is expected be the team's strong point, with the list headed by Sigo Falk and Bob Jaffe. Falk, former Exeter captain, captured the 100-yard breaststroke at the All-American Prep School Meet, setting a new meet record of 1:01.. Jaffe has been pushing Falk closely in practice.
Other breaststrokers are John Fowler, Harold Kuller, and Armie Marlin. Free-stylers on the team include Roger Clifton, Chouteau Dyer, Harry Eldrige, John Lind, Stuart Ogden, Steve Singer, Glen Sisler, Frank Weller, and Dave Whitman, while Vince Aoki, Jerry Moulton, and Paul Santmire make up the backstroke contingent. The four freshmen divers are Frank Eaton, Joe Ellis, John Jeppson, and Arthur Martin.
