Section-men Plan Confidential Book

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Each member of the freshman class who now takes a course with sections may be evaluated in a "Confidential Guide to the Class of 1956," if enough section men respond to a request for such evaluations soon.

According to a spokesman for a group of section-men now planning the guide, section-men now planning the guide, section-men will submit comments on the intellectual ability, academic performance, personality, cooperation and maturity of each freshman in their sections.

The individuals will then be listed alphabetically, with commentary, in a booklet which will be made available to all faculty members teaching sections which the freshmen enter next year.

The spokesman indicated that "an interesting response had already been received, but that final plans for the booklet had not yet been made. Only if enough section men show positive interest will the plan be carried through.

The group is headed by James G. Bonnen, teaching fellow in Economics, and Thomas A. Lehrer 6G. It is purely voluntary and has no administrative sanction.
