Phillips Brooks House Social Service committee will begin operating Whispering Willow, a camp for the benefit of underprivileged children from more than 40 settlement houses in the Boston area, this week. Over 120 undergraduates will participate in the program.

The camp, located in Stoughton, Mass., was formerly run by P.B.H. on a trial basis. It will be used from now until April for day excursions. From then on it will also operate on weekends.

The camp plan is carried on in conjunction with P.B.H.'s general program of work with local settlement houses.
