Yardling Tennis Team To Play Exeter Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Coach Corey Wynn's freshman tennis team will open its season against Exeter on the prep school's courts this afternoon. The Yardling B team, which easily beat Middlesex in its only start, will probably play Exeter's junior varsity at the same site today.

The Crimson coach will choose his six-man singles lineup from a list which includes Steve Gottlieb, Ben Heckscher, Cal place, Langdon Smith, Doug Gardner, Barry Boehm, Charlie Edwards, and Grayson Murphy.

In doubles, Gottlieb will team with Smith, while Heckscher and Place will comprise another pair. Wynn is not yet certain, however, which group will play first doubles. Edwards and Dwight Davis are also likely to play doubles today.
