Three Grad Students Get Fulbright Awards

Two students from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and one from the Law School have been granted Fulbright awards, Dean Reginald H. Phelps '30, chairman of the University Fulbright Committee, announced yesterday.

The two GSAS students are Norman C. Rabkin, who will study English at the University of Rome, and Richard N. Rosencrance, who will study International Organization at the Australian National University in Canberra.

John B. Conlan, Jr., a Law School student, will enroll at the University of Cologne, Germany, to study Law Taxation of International Trade and Investment.

The Fulbright awards cover the costs of a year's study, and include transportation, living expenses, and books.
