Fines, Discipline for Tardy Study Cards

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Undergraduates, except seniors completing degree requirements, are advised to thumb through their course books for possible leads concerning next year's courses. Preliminary Fall Term Study Cards are due at University Hall not later than 5 p.m. today.

Interviews with seniors not completing degree requirements and other students reveal a devil-may-care attitude toward the cards. Said one student, "Why turn them in?"

In answer to this query, the University has provided for a $10 fine for late Study Cards. Real individualists who are more than a week late are subject to a $20 fine and possible disciplinary action.

Freshmen also must file Plans of Study signed by representatives of their selected field of concentration.
