B-School to Revise Management Course

The Business School's 16-month course for aging bright young men will undergo a sizable reduction in length next year.

Designed for promising future top executives who have been five to ten years in business, the program is presently bucking competition from the companies that should be using it. Firms have apparently found they can't afford to lose their future presidents for so long a period of time.

Dean Donald K. David announced yesterday that beginning next January, therefore, and running through August, the School will offer an intensified eight-month program to prepare their returning students for management responsibility. The revised program will be a complete unit leading to a certificate but men still continue work for another year to gain an M.B.A. degree.
