Debate Team Places Third

Harvard Debaters placed third in the Tufts College Tournament held Dec. 7 and 8. Harvard had a 9-1 record, losing only to the winning Princeton team.

David L. Bynum '59 placed second among affirmative speakers at the tournament. James L. Kincaid '58 and Gregory M. Harvey '59 tied for second place as negative speakers. John M. Ferren '59 also debated on the affirmative.

M.I.T., in second place, was the other team ranked above Harvard.
