A Harvard graduate, Class of '35, has reportedly found $50 million in gold in the wreck of a Japanese ship in the Sulu Sea, between the Philippines and Borneo.

According to an Associated Press dispatch, Vincent Palmer came across the treasure while on an expedition to photograph underwater life for a lecture tour he and his wife are jointly planning.

Palmer's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Henry W. Palmer of Duxbury, have so far received no confirmation or dental of the report.
