The Harvard Debating Team defeated both Yale and Princeton in the annual triangular debate last Friday. The topic was "Resolved: That the United States should stop testing nuclear weapons."

Gregory M. Harvey '59, John M. Ferren '59, and James L. Kincaid '58, members of the Crimson negative team, defeated Princeton here in Cambridge. The University's affirmative team, composed of David L. Bynum '59, Kenneth Aldrich '60, and Richard H. Murray '58, won at New Haven against Yale.

Kincaid and Bynum received the Coolidge Prizes awarded annually to the two top Harvard debaters after a special competition. The Prizes, established in 1899, carry a stipend of $210.
