The Harvard Council for Undergraduate Affairs last night approved the list of recommended charities for the 1963-64 Harvard-Radcliffe Combined Charities Drive.
Phillips Brooks House will receive $3250 from the drive. Also receiving funds are the United Fund of Greater Boston, American Friends Service Committee. World University Service, National Association for Mental Health, National Scholarship Service and Fund for Negro Students, and Miles College in Birmingham, Ala.
As recommended charities they will be guaranteed equal shares of the drive's undesignated funds.
In addition to these recommended organizations, students may earmark their contributions for any other recipient they wish.
