In the decisive final host of Saturday's fencing match. Crimson Captain Nick Spitzer outduelied his Penn opponent to give Harvard a narrow 14-13 victory.

The Crimson kept to a ten-bout lead in the beginning of the match, but nervousness Quakers came back to knot the score at 13-12.

Throughout the match, the sabre fencers were Harvard's strongest group. Letterman Charles Dooley bolstered the traditionally unsuccessful foll team, winning all three of his bouts.
