The civil rights movement will receive a thorough once-over this evening. Rep. Adam Clayton Powell (D.N.Y.) will discuss the "Black Revolution" at 8 p.m. tonight in Lowell Lecture Hall. C.B. King, Georgia civil rights lawyer, will attempt to decide "Can Laws help the Negro," at 8 p.m. in the Leverett House Junior Common Room.
