Six members of Harvard's varsity tennis team will compete in the fall Eastern Conference tournament at West Point this weekend.

The three-day tournament, played in three divisions according to a player's team ranking, will be Harvard's only intercollegiate competition in the fall.

Juniors Bernie Adelsberg and Jose Gonzalez will play in Class A, seniors Dick Appleby and Captain Brian Davis will compete in Class B, and sophomores John Levine and Rocky Jarvis will represent the Crimson in Class C.

In the doubles, Jarvis and Levine have moved into the number one spot, ahead of Appleby and Davis. Adelsberg and Gonzalez will defend their Class C doubles championship of 1965.

Harvard, undefeated and the Eastern champion last spring, should rate as co-favorites with Princeton and Yale for the tournament. With Charlie Hoevler back again, Dartmouth will be seeking individual honors in the top singles and doubles competition.
