The Harvard-Radcliffe Young Democrats have issued policy resolutions supporting the stand on Vietnam negotiations of Sen. Robert F. Kennedy '48, (D.N.Y.), and backing Julian Bond in his attempt to regain his seat in the Georgia state legislature.
In addition to approving Bond's position in Georgia, the second statement, which will be distributed today, declares that the Negro's opinions on the Vietnam war should not be confused with the domestic issue:
The Vietnam paper, which was distributed yesterday with the YD newsletter, places the club squarely behind Kennedy in his dispute with Vice-President Hubert H. Humphrey over which groups should be represented in any Vietnam negotiations.
