By Compiled FROM College newspapers

OSWEGO, N.Y.--An assistant professor in health and physical education at the State University of New York at Oswego was arrested recently for violating the Agricultural and Markets Law.

Bernard Boozer, who raised beef cattle, was charged with the death of several of his livestock due to starvation. The Oswegonian, the campus's newspaper, reported recently.

The police received a complaint about the conditions of Boozer's barn, and nine dead cattle were discovered lying outside his barn. Seven other cattle were also suffering from lack of food.

Boozer declined to comment on the incident.
