Man Guilty Of Breaking And Entering

A Somerville man who was discovered by a Harvard student in the student's Quincy House room in December was convicted of breaking and entering and larceny yesterday in Cambridge third district court, Harvard police said yesterday.

Keith Patalano, who plans to appeal the decision, was sentenced to two concurrent two-year sentences for the crimes, said to Lt. John F. Rooney of the Harvard police.

Jill Reilly, spokesperson for the Middlesex county district attorney, could not be reached for comment yesterday.
