POST-STRUCTURE

The editors take aim at the good, the bad and the ugly.

By Noah Oppenheim

We at Dartboard are devastated by the imminent departure of Structure and Express, the Armani and Donna Karan of the college set, from their perch in Brattle Square. In their place comes Abercrombie & Fitch, a store with an improving image, but still a bit too granola--with too many "big shirts"--for our taste.

Abercrombie's apparel is functional, but all that flannel smacks of Middelbury, Amherst and Williams, not the sophisticated image we in the Square like to maintain. More importantly, without local access to Express, where will the clubhoppers among us buy their form-fitting black pants and satin camisoles?
