SOMERVILLE—A dining hall manager accused of trafficking 300 pounds of marijuana worth $500,000 will have to wait until early February before his case is heard in court.
Angelo Dalla Santa, manager of Winthrop and Lowell Dining Halls, was originally scheduled to appear in Somerville District Court on Dec. 17 for a pre-trial hearing.
Dalla Santa’s lawyer, Alan D. Tuttman, wrote to the court requesting the date be changed because he was scheduled to appear at another trial on the same day.
Tuttman’s letter misspelled his client’s name as “DellaSanta” and incorrectly dated the original hearing as January, instead of December, 17.
The new date for the pre-trial hearing is Feb. 4.
