The petition bearing the signatures of 400 undergraduates, asking that preference be shown to upper-classmen in the assignment of rooms on the Yard for 1902-03, was presented to the Corporation at the meeting on Monday. It was referred to the following committee: Dean Briggs, chairman; Professor Lowell, Mr. C. F. Mason, Assistant Professor Love, Assistant Professor Coolidge, Assistant Professor Hurlbut and Mr. Cobb.
