The lecture by Captain John Codman tomorrow evening in Sever 11, before the Finance Club, should draw out a large attendance. The reputation of the lecturer is of the highest, and gives assurance of a most interesting discussion of the subject selected, "The Iniquity of a Protective Tariff." The lecturer will in particular discuss the harm of the tariff on our shipping, a subject on which Captain Codman is qualified to speak, by many years experience as a sea captain.
