The following is an account of the receipts and expenditures made in behalf of the new track on Holmes field.

Oct. 6, 1883, to Harvard College, $2,000 00

March 28, 1884, to Harvard College, for gravel, $180 00

To subscriptions from July 26 to date, $840 65

CR.Oct. 20, total cost of track, $5,505 35

By expenses Oct, 20 to date, $35 40

Balance in Charles River National Bank, $1,089 90

Balance in hands of Committee, $204 00

$6,834 65

We have examined the accounts of Mr. F. B. Knapp, who, with Dr. Sargent, had charge of the expenditures during the summer vacation, and have found them correct.
