We call the attention of musical men in college to the notice published in another column calling for candidates for the Guitar and Mandolin Club and the Banjo Club. Both of these organizations are worthy and need the support of all who have ability to aid them. The latter club, however, is older and better established than the Guitar Club, and is not perhaps so much in need of support. The managers of the Guitar Club have obtained some Spanish music during the summer, and, if all the candidates who ought to present themselves do so, we are confident that this club will be as successful as the Banjo Club has been in the past. Both clubs have our sincere wishes for success.
