At a meeting of the Executive Committee last night F. H. Hovey, L. S. and R. D. Wrenn, '95, and Geo. F. Brown, Jr., '92, and W. D. Orcutt, '92, were chosen to represent Harvard in the doubles in the intercollegiate tournament which will be held during the week of Oct. 13th on the grounds of the New Haven Lawn Club. The men chosen for the singles were Hovey, Wrenn '95, and either Brown or Orcutt to be decided by a match.

Last year Harvard won both championships, Hovey the singles, and Chase and Shaw the doubles. The outlook is very good for another victory this year.

The following well known players will probably be entered by the other colleges; L. R. Parker, Yale; C. T. Lee, U. P., W. A. Larnard, E. J. White, Cornell; E. P. McMullen, Columbia; G. P. Herrick, W. K. Johnson, H. M. McCormick, Princeton; W. Gunnison, Dartmouth; J. E. D. Jones, Brown; R. P. Mallery, Trinity.

It is a noteworthy fact that Wrenn and Herrick who will probably represent their colleges respectively played in the interscholastic tournament last spring.
