R. M. Thornburgh has been elected captain of the Dartmouth eleven for next year.
The Cornell library has been enlarged by 200 volumes, the gift of M. E. Poole, of the class of '80.
E. S. Morrison and H. E. Abbott, of Dartmouth, have been awarded the prizes offered by the Engineering News for the best graduating thesis by students of any engineering or technical school in the United States.
