The push ball game which was to have been played between the halves of the Michigan game Saturday, did not take place because of the wet weather. It was feared that the steel rivets with which the ball is constructed would be badly rusted, and the ball thus injured. It is stated that a canvass ball without rivets will probably be made, which it will be possible to use in wet weather.
