Mr. Lehmann Asked to Coach.
After a meeting of the Athletic Committee held Saturday night, the following official statement was given out:
"Mr. R. C. Watson, coach of the University Crew, having asked the Athletic Committee to invite Mr. Lehmann to coach the Harvard crew during the year 1896-97, the committee has cordially extended an invitation to Mr. Lehmann to do so."
