The handicapping is turning out fairly well, but some mistakes have been made in giveing some men too much, and others too little handicap. The matches yesterday were as follows:
H. J. Holt '98 beat B. Buck, 5-6, 6-3, 6-1.
R. C. Thomas '96 beat W. M. Scudder '99, 6-3, 6-3.
A. Codman '96 beat W. Stackpole '98 by default.
W. D. Rising beat M. D. Whitman '99 by default.
W. E. Putnam '96 beat R. McKittrick '99, 6-4, 6-5.
E. R. Marvin '99 beat G. S. Eames, 6-3, 6-3.
F. Wise beat H. H. Shaw '99, 3-6, 6-5, 6-2.
J. B. Read '95 beat H. Bigelow '99 by default.
