The first of the William Belden Noble lectures which is to be given in Appleton Chapel tomorrow evening marks the beginning of what promises to be an interesting and notable course. The speakers who are chosen are sure to have a large hearing, and to render successful the object of the lectures; to extend the influence of religion throughout the University. The founder of the course should receive the thanks of the University for making it possible to hear men of distinction speak on such interesting subjects.
