Open Debate on Cuba.

Tonight at 7 o'clock in Upper Massachusetts, there will be an open debate for members of the University, on the question: "Resolved, That the time has now come for the United States to interfere in Cuba even if it involve us in a war with Spain."

Two members of the University Debating Club will open the debate, R. C. Davis 1L., for the affirmative, and F. Hendrick 1L., for the negative. Any member of the University may speak. A vote of those present will be taken on the question.
