In the second round of the spring tennis tournament, yesterday, C. W. Moore 1901 defaulted to R. A. Bidwell '99. Bidwell defeated J. R. Miller 1901 in the semi-finals, 6-1, 6-1. Miller was not in very good form; his game was very erratic and he was unable to rally.

Bidwell played a steady, aggressive game, placing well and continually forcing Miller to the back of the court where he was unable to lob. The finals between Davis and Bidwell will be played today at 2.30, best three out of five sets.

W. H. Laverack 1901 defaulted to P. L. Miller '99 in the semi-finals of the consolation match. The finals between Miller and Clerk were not played yesterday.
