R. C. Bolling has resigned the presidency of the Weld Boat Club and accepted that of the Newell Boat Club in place of C. L. Harding, resigned.

Owing to the transfer of some boats and oars, the equipment and facilities of the two boat clubs are now equal, so that every one will have the same chance.
