At the second election of the second half-year in the Sophomore Debating Club last night, E. F. Mann and S. Whitaker were chosen as Camp Captains.

The debate on the question, "Resolved, That the United States should adopt a system of Postal Savings Bankes," was won by Carleton's Camp on the affirmative.

In the contest for credits, J. S. Sears received first place, H. A. Rich second, and H. J. Carleton third.
