The Yale crew has been handicapped during the last few days by the loss of the launch which has been disabled. Cold, wet weather has also hindered the work of the oarsmen, but long rows are taken every day. Saturday the first and second crews rowed a four mile race. The twenty four men who make up the University squad are changed frequently from one crew to another. The first crew is now rowing in the following order: stroke, Sargent; 7, Laws; 6, Kunzig; 5, Blagden; 4, Bogue; 3, Johnson; 2, Cameron; bow, Mitchell. The freshman crew squad was cut down to twenty six men Monday.
