Cercle Francais Lecturer and Plans

The annual lectures under the auspices of the Cercle Francais will be given this year by M. Anatole Leroy-Beauties L. Sanders Theatre on the afternoons of March 3, 5, 8, 12, 15, 17, 19, and 22. The general subject will be, "Christianismeet Democratie: Questions Religierseen France au XIX Siecle." but as yet no individual subjects have been announced.

M. Lerom-Beaulieu is a distinguished member of the Institute of France, a member of the Academie des Sciences Morales et Politiques, and professor of History and Eastern Affairs at the Ecole libre des Sciences Politiques. He is the author of a number of books, among which are "L'Empire des Tsars, et les et Russes," "Un Empereur un Roi, un Pape et une Restauration," "Un Homme d'Etat Russe," "Les Catholiques Liberaux; L'Eglise et la Liberalisme," "La France La Russie, et L'Europe," "La Revolution et la Liberalisme."

Free tickets for the course may be obtained from K. H. Gibson '04, 28 Holyoke street, to whom applications must be sent in writing before February 25, 1904. No person may apply for more than four seats. All applications will be filled in the order of their receipt.
