Freshman-Exeter Debate Trial

The first trial for the Freshman debate with Exeter will be held tonight at 7.30 o'clock in the Assembly Room of the Union. The six men to be retained will be divided, for the final trial on Thursday, into two teams to uphold opposite sides of the question for the debate. The three best speakers will be chosen for the team.

Exeter is to submit the question tomorrow, and the Freshman Debating club will determine at their next meeting which side of the question to take. The debate will be held at Exeter on Friday, may 8.
