Competitive examinations for admission to the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis will be held at the Winthrop School, Boston, from 7 p. m. to 10 p. m. tonight, tomorrow, and Wednesday. Eligibility is confined to those who are from fifteen to twenty years in age and who are residents of the ninth Congressional District, which comprises the first nine wards of Boston, the sixth and seventh precincts of the twelfth ward, and the town of Winthrop. Candidates will be required to take physical and mental examinations, and the contestant receiving the highest percentage mark will be called principal, and the three contestants next in order, alternates. Detailed information of these examinations may be had of the Appointment Committee, University 9.
