A few changes have occurred in the Faculty since last year. Dr. C. W. Mixter, Instructor in Economics, and Mr. C. A. Ashton, Instructor in Mathematics have resigned, but no definite arrangements to fill the vacancies have been announced. Mr. W. E. Castle, hitherto Instructor in Zoology, has been made Assistant Professor. Professor G. A. Bartlett and Dr. J. F. Coar of the German department have resigned and their resignations has necessitated a number of changes in that department. Of Professor Bartlett's courses Dr. M. M. Skinner will take German 1b., and Mr. W. G. Howard, German 2a. Of Dr. Coar's courses, Mr. E. H. P. Grossman will take German C., Mr. H. J. Weber, German 1a., and Dr. H. C. Bierwith German G. Mr. Grossman will also take Dr. Bierwith's course, German H., but the graduate course German 7b, will be omitted this year.
