The Rt. Rev. Charles H. Brent, D.D., Bishop of the Philippine Islands, will deliver an address in the Fogg Lecture Room this evening at 8 o'clock, on "Philippine Affairs."

Bishop Brent was formerly rector of St. Stephen's Church, Boston. In 1901 he was consecrated, and in the same year left for the Philippines where his work among the native has been many-sided and vigorous. In addition to furthering church and school work in the more uncivilized regions, he is engaged in the establishment of a cathedral and a hospital at Manila, where he has his headquarters. On account of his skill in dealing with the natives he has been appointed to serve on several important government commissions. Bishop Brent came to this country primarily to attend the Episcopal convention latterly held in Boston. He expects to return soon to the Philippines.

The lecture will be open to the public but the centre section of seats will be reserved for members of the University until 7.55 o'clock.
