No Hockey Game With Graduates.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The hockey game between the University team and a team of graduates, which was to have been played in the Stadium on Saturday, was cancelled as only a few graduates appeared. Instead the first and second teams played a 40-minute practice game, which was won by the first team, 9 to 0. The team-work was poor, the wings showing a decided tendency to bunch in; but the points and cover points lifted the puck better than at any previous time this year. R. S. Hardy '01 and J. B. Manning 3M., assisted in the coaching.

The line-up was as follows: FIRST TEAM.  SECOND TEAM. A. Fraser-Campbell, r.e.  l.e., MacKay Callaway, r.c.  l.c., D. Wagstaff Townsend, l.c.  r.c., Egan Pell, l.e.  r.e., Foster Newhall, c.p.  c.p., Aertsen Sard, p.  p., Grant Ivy, g.  g., Tilden

Goals--Callaway 3, Townsend 3, Newhall 2, Pell 1.
